System Requirements

The quality of your viewing experience is dependent on the download speed you have from your ISP (Internet Service Provider) or mobile provider

Keep in mind that your overall Internet speed can vary depending on many factors, including but not limited to: time of day, Wi-Fi performance, and other devices/users utilising your connection.

We recommend a connection of 10Mbps to stream our videos in HD and require a minimum connection of 2Mbs.

In addition, to provide the service we partner with a number of 3rd parties to provide services such as Content Delivery Networks. Some of these services may be heavily filtered on your organisation's network. This could happen via your corporate VPN, network systems, or through a software firewall on the device.

One simple short-term solution for this could be not connecting to (or disconnecting from) your VPN before using xUnlocked platforms. Though every company can vary in how they implement this. You could also resolve this by using a personal device instead of a corporate device until it can be reviewed by your IT.

Longer term, you will need to work with your IT team to ensure sufficient bandwidth is available and to add our services to your organisation's allowed list. A full list of the domains required is viewable here; though in particular *, * and * should be added.
